how a gas grill works
What is the best way to clean a grill fast food?

I work in a fast food, and once a week to clean the grids. They plates. The network is divided into three parts that takes half an hour to clean up some. What I'm doing now is just pour some degreaser on it and scrub away. Any ideas on how to do this faster?

First, why is not clean them every night? Secondly, they are flat top grills, Stainless steel or cast iron grilles type bars? Where does the fat drain? If Echo ribbons of ice and start with a wire brush as it will make the ice melts fat strips do while they're hot (and the night will be easier to clean at night and take 5-7 minutes Ly as opposed to a half-hour 1 per week (which is your local health department.?) If you have stainless steel flat top. Pour hot water while cold lubricate it. your local restaurant must have cleanig grill screens and a handful in a proper motion circlualr. should take several minutes depending on the size of the grid. wipe with a cloth or paper towel. every night. It's easier. REMEMBER To empty the grease trap
