I had today: 200 calories .. 1.25 cups of cereal fiber banana 8 ounces chicken breast Grill 2 kiwis 25 calories .. 1 slice turkey breast skin of a baked potato left from dinner last night when we ate out a stuffed potato 50 calories .. 1 piece of whole wheat bread about 4 ounces of salmon last night the strain of corn salad dressing 280 calories with some rather small dressing (60 calories dress) I think 1500 calories is about right? Skin the salmon and potatoes were more calories than the average, because i came from a successful not prepared. or was it more calories than that?
