Grill Top For Stove

i grill my chicken when burned in a barbecue stove …?
i marinate for a while and then i heat the grill in an oven …. when i hot place chicken breasts ….. I cook for a while and then return the chicken … but the end result is always a chicken breast char … atleast charred on the surface …. cooked and tender on the inside …. its …. all edible, but it remains etched in the surface …… all black … is not presentable … How I can cook so it does not burn? heat? less marinade? thanks
I have exactly the same problem. I found that the kitchen is a much better job. First, a butterfly chicken breast or some jobs, put them in a desired bag marinate for several hours in the refrigerator (Or if you're short on time, just get a marinade minutes 10-30, Lawry and KC Masterpiece the right). In a baking tray, cover with paper (for easy cleanup) and bake for 30-40 minutes, just make sure it is pink in the center, not them too long as you dry. In fact, last night I made a bid that was very good. I grilled marinated sweet for a couple of hours, then when completed and still warm, I got a touch of honey every one of them and spread it around. It was great! My boyfriend and I loved it! If down in the kitchen Marinate in a pan the same way, but keep the heat and leave for longer.
