I tried to make a grilled cheese on a panini grill, what have I done wrong?
I butter both sides of my white bread, put two slices average American cheese, and left in the environment. I checked on my grilled cheese and had gone completely flat, mooshy "a little cheese also leak. What did I do wrong?! Please help!
Panini grills are best for breads robust. regular white bread can be very light and air. The weight of the panini press is just flattened.
