How long should I cook the chicken before the barbecue grill?

I have 30 pounds of grilled chicken. legs and thighs and breast quarters whole together. It will always be on the grill. I before cooking in the oven the night before, but I can not cook. How long in the oven and at what temperature to prevent drying and then the time on the grill?
