how to make whole grilled beef tenderloin / fillet?
Not sure if you use the hot plate or grid bars. I have 3 gas barbecue burner. Guess who joined the first, but I can cook on a rack over a tray of paper if we like rare Please give me some feedback
There are several ways to go here … But here is the simplest. 1) Cover the steak with Montreal seasoning (or just use salt, pepper and some garlic powder), wrap in plastic wrap and let stand overnight. 2) About two hours before grilling, take the net out of the fridge (room temperature). 3) Just before baking, place a thin layer of oil and cook until all sides are brownn. 4) Turn off the burner and place the steak on the cooking burner voltage (cooking indirect) 5) until rare (about 125F if using a meat thermometer.) If you do not have a thermometer, I think about 15-20 minutes of cooking indirectly. 6) stop meat rest before cutting.
