grilling halibut
Ideas for Greenland … please?

My friend went fishing in Canada and gave me a good-sized grouper. I've never done this type, so you need some ideas. I thought about putting it on the George Foreman Grill. Is this a good idea? What good sides and the condiments? I've never done a lot of fresh fish grilled as much as I love restaurants. Thanks!

I suggest you use the Foreman grill for a piece of delicate and fish. Perhaps maybe steamed on a parchment paper bag? Hm, since I do not know how the fish is large, take a large piece of parchment paper, make sure you have enough space for condiments. I suggest can lemon, garlic, maybe some of your favorite herbs? Tarragon? Dill? alittle bit of white wine to the steaming liquid. Add garlic, lemon grass Pour the wine and fold parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes at 325. Well in any case, you can probably use not mix lemon butter and herbs Foreman grill. What is rice pilaf or roasted Nice accompanied by vegetables? Even a salad of fresh citrus and balsamic vinegar, potatoes, asparagus and cream?
