-B-que sauce, bar-my Rancid 1 Beer can be 2 to 1 cube butter 3-1 white half onion, finely chopped 4-4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed 5-a cup of honey 6-cup brown sugar or two cans 7.One tomato paste 8-A pinch of salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and 9-drop of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, use more or less hot pepper cayenne and pepper to taste. Add all ingredients and simmer (not boil) for 3 / 4 of an hour stirring occasionally. Store in refrigerator until use; Baste beef, ribs, chicken etc. on both sides in the last minutes of cooking or smoking
