Vikas Khanna is a chef famous Indian chef and cooking teacher. He received his training of some of some of the best chefs India and was chef at the restaurant in New York Salaam Bombay. He is the founder of Lawrence Gardens Banquets India and Sanskrit Culinary Arts in New York. It also has affiliations with several major culinary universities in the United States and is a regular conference on Indian cuisine as well.
