I just bought a 2-iron burner reversible grill / broiler. I can find plenty of uses for dish (plate) but did not think he also uses the side of the grill. I have a barbecue and use it regularly. 1. Is this side is replaced with a barbecue? 2. Anyone have any ideas for side of the grill pan?
I have one and I love it too! As the first person said, its great when you can not leave for any reason. I use it for the submarine Italian sausage, onion and pepper … his ideal when you have to pan fry the meat, then you can put it right into the oven to finish cooking
